    Roehl sucks. It's another "used to be a good place to work" company.

    Con-way Truckload (formerly CFI), is a better company than most. Your miles really depends on where you run. I am considering them myself. All I have to do is call them and they will get me processed quickly.

    I have a more local opportunity available I am trying to get. We'll see.

    Oilfields where? I'm in New Mexico. $1,400/week without wrestling the OTR issues sounds very interesting.

    There's always somebody complaining about every company. I've heard this oilfield water riff about a hundred times now, the Magic $1,400/week. May be true. If it is true, there should be a line of drivers down to Houston. That's over $70K/yr driving somebody else's truck.
