I don’t see glycol on that report . My report from Eurofins does but it doesn’t show potassium I’m wondering what is the best company to use. Eurofins took so long to return report good thing I didn’t have problem.

I've never heard of them. Blackstone is in Fort Wayne, Indiana... They will mail you the sample kit free and then when you send it you include check or credit card payment... I believe it was $23... took about a week after they recieved it for results although if needed quicker they have a section on the paperwork where you can write in that you need it ASAP and they will have it done same day for you.

Oil filters are cheap, try changing them half way till time to change oil, if your filter gets a set amount of dirt in them, then a valve pushes in and lets oil bypass your filter and that will wear out all parts of your motor fast? The newer eng. put alot of trash in your oil?

If you still can't find an external leak drop the oil pan to check for headgasket and/or liner leakage.

Your potassium isn't alarming yet. Another source of potassium in oil analysis is in the flux the use when manufacturing the charge air cooler.

If you must drop your oil pan and press. the rad. and dont see a puddle under it turn over the motor 1/2 a turn and wait, then do it again till you find the pin hole in the liner? If you spend the time to clean top of eng. looking at all gov. crap bolted on to eng. you may find leak and not have to pull oil pan?

No way I would be dropping the pan on this engine with only a gallon between oil changes. Trying to give this guy a heart attack?..... Not without evidence of cross contamination or at least an oil sample showing such.

These liners dont cavitate and get holes in them like they used to unless your really bad at maintaining your coolant.
