I don't see what the big deal is. Everyone makes mistakes and you only posted they came forward and admitted you were correct. I expect the young pup that's making a big deal out of this will end up bringing more crap on his own head than yours. That'll learn him LOL.

That's a good point. I'm a little slower between the ears than a lot of the active people on TTR, but I'm still sharper than a lot of them that aren't ! The question I keep turning over in my mind is shouldn't that give me an advantage ? It seems like it should benefit me if 50% of my peers are slobbering morons who can't do math, I should excel ! But at the same time it does seem like with all these guys running who are subject to being duped by brokers and running under their costs it drives the rates I'm offered down. So which is it ??

Someone needs to start " The Brokers Report" where freight brokers could get together and discuss brokering loads and whatnot...

Then I could go over there and spy on them..... see what they're up to.....

MN does not require Intrastate authority.

You can get a "Y" plate which actually limits you to the state. It's not an apportioned plate and considerably cheaper than an apportioned plate though.

Oh yeah. I posted a factual account of one of my dealings with a TQL agent - it was negative, but not inflammatory - and a TQL manager was ringing my phone within 2 hours of my posting.

Just filed out the texas application . You need a registered agent in texas , can be friend or relative . Its 200.00 1 truck. Every 2 years . Think they are calling it a fee to do paper work . What kills me is you have to have insurance to have authority right. So why do u keep having to prove it .....hummm
