Just use the cpap every night or anytime you sleep. After a while you won't want to sleep without it. They have some new face mask out like the AirFit F30 is people need full face mask
This my be a fairy tail but I heard circular breathing will sometimes help with the problem and if you get a digeridoo and play that you get entertainment at the same time.
My company requires the physical to be renewed a month before the expiration because most DMVs take that long for the certification to go through. By waiting until 2 weeks to renew and not using the cpap every night I’m afraid you’re out of luck. Also when you renew those doctors have to transmit the results into FMCSA so the will know if you’re “doctor shopping”. I’m afraid the fault is on you. I thought I was doing fine before I had to do the testing and was found with severe OSA. I’ve only had a couple of nights where I couldn’t use it because of dental procedures but the difference is now noticeable. Without the machine I was very groggy and poorly rested. If the treatment you have was not effective or you were having problems using the machine you should’ve notified the ENT physician well ahead of time to correct the problem.
The important thing to remember is that there are people who have apnea that suffer from waking symptoms like day time sleepiness and headaches and those who do not have waking symptoms. The established medical literature shows no benefit to CPAP use by those without waking symptoms. The cardiac and blood pressure symptoms are likely Co morbitity with the accompning obesity, and not directly caused by the apnea. For obese patients with severe sleep.apnea the medical journals recommend baratric surgery which is.proven to improve the conditions associated with OSA
Has anybody ever been tested and told they did not have sleep apnea? I had a doctor tell me that EVERYBODY fails the test and gets diagnosed with it, if they are tested for it. I have never let them test me for that reason, weather it is true or not, I have no clue.
I don't let them test me. Not for that anyway. They probably stealthed a bunch of tests after injecting me with happytime sleepy station medicine post surgery. See what this here Mr Snore can do. Ugh. I did follow up on everything at the medical records hall. So I know they did not test for that They did however do a image scan for TB. (That's interesting.. a old enemy) If I did have it officially I would not be cooperative. It would cost me several thousand dollars for the machine, another two to get a cleaner and more doctors visits etc. I just soon as burn it in the burn pile out back. Don't think I wont.
If some has 4 or less sleep apnea events per hour then they don't have sleep apnea that's the standard they use. Events are no breathing for 10 seconds Someone with 5-7 Events probably won't notice a big difference. Someone qith 30-70+ .Events per hour will see a big difference. They also looking a blood oxygen levels to see of they drop when sleeping.
My sleep Doctor told me most he tests don't have it, but my Dr tests all CDL holders. He measures your throat opening first with a laser before he tests, and can within a 90% accuracy determine if you will be positive for apnea or not before you spend the night.. I can have mine corrected with surgery, but I have decided to use the machine, something about shaving my throat, tongue, and uvula doesn't sound appealing to me.
