    I drove to a jobsite this morning under a really cool explosive sunrise. I picked up an employee on the way. He got in the truck with his face in his phone and it never came up unless I was screaming "get out of my mirror!". When we got to the job he tried to show me someone's facebook posting of a picture of the morning sky. He never saw it.

    And this states why the op will always have problems. Recruiters 100% of the time lie to get you hired. That's how they make money! To not get hired and blame it on a recruiter... Well start taking some responsibility for your actions. NOT responsibility for getting caught, but the actual action.

    @Thuggishcoot,

    There are a few posters in here, not the least of whom are @street beater and @MidWest_MacDaddy, that have certainly done their level best to try to do right by you here. That is most commendable.

    Now, it's incumbent upon you to try and do right by them in insuring that their advice was not given in vain.

    You goofed, but what's done is done. Man up, admit it, own it, and above all learn from it.

    Your latest postings here seem to indicate treading back down the right path. Try to keep to it, and the best of luck to you.

    He's probably young, and therefore assumed recruiters to be honest.

    If so, he's certainly not alone in that mistake.

    What is the fascination with documenting all the crap out on the road. Hell I keep every aspect of my life seperate from carrier. I don't volunteer anything. Everything is need to know and the absolute minimum at that. I post nothing to facebook ect. Lawyers will have a free for all if any of you get into an accident. They will dig and crucify you guilty or not. So why load evidence against yourself. I own my truck and trailer. I would of fired you for what you did. Quit trying to be a movie star and concentrate on your career.

    I wish I would have seen said video. From what I read, it didn't sound like it was a good one.

    I don't video. I wouldn't watch a video of my life as the best parts are done in the dark.
