    THIS COMPANY NEEDS SOME FEDRAL AUTING.THE TRUE HOURS A DRIVER SPENDS IN THE CAB IS HIGH 70 TO 80 ADD THIS ON A PAPER LOG. 7 DAYS START BEGING 14 ON 10 OFF 14 ON 10 OFF 14 ON 10 0FF 14 ON 10 OFF 14 ON DAY FIVE YOU HAVE 70 HOURS ON IN THE CAB DAY 6 34 OFF ON THE 7 TH DAY YOU WILL BE IN THAT TRUCK HIGH 70 TO 80 HOURS. HOPE CR ENGLAND DOESNT GET SOME ONE KILLED WHEN YOU REAR END A LINE OF PARKED TRAFFIC BECAUSE YOUR TIERD IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING :biggrin_25513:THAT LAW SUITE THERE.:biggrin_25526: THE INTENT OF THE 70 HOUR RULE IS TO KEEP THE DRIVERS OFF THE ROAD AFTER 70 HOURS IN ONE WEEK.

    Crengland is not running the drivers illegal.Once your 70 is gone you take a 34 and get your 70 back so where is that illegal.If drivers do run illegal for crengland thats their own fault for not growing a pair and say something.

    The 34 hour restart resets your HOS for the week back to zero. So, if you burn through your 70 running 14 on/10 off for 5 days, you sit for a day and a half (34 hours) off duty or in the sleeper (or any combination of the two) and you are perfectly legal to go again.

    ...OR SHOULD I HAVE TYPED THAT IN ALL CAPS?
