Orientation classrooms are full

 

They know not what they are getting into.....

 

They should be forced to put up a warning sign at the entrance to orientation

 

I'm at top pay, and my miles are down a little, but sure wouldn't consider leaving. Definitely sitting a bit more and less preplanned, but have still done around 3500 miles in the last 8 days since leaving the house. Could be better, but could be much worse

 

Looks like things haven't changed in the last 2 decades I've known them.

 

Well,they are flocking like geese here at Wilmer for orientation .
I don’t get it.

 

With the new lower starting oay by .05mi, they want those cheaper drivers who’ll work for peanuts.. They keep screaming that freight is slow yet continue hiring.. shows typical mega carrier behavior, spend more on recruiting than retention…they should stop hiring when freight gets slow..

 

Kinda sounds like the ole trick walmart pulled. Never worked out, only created a toxic work environment. Good luck
