I wish they would falsely diagnosis me with sleep apnea, now that we have the pet policy, I'd make Dolly, my pet sheep wear the mask.

And when we're home, we'd both sleep dangerously, without the CPAP. We'd get thrown out of service til we complied. Which is, I think an extra 3 days off.

just tell them if you can't be home for the holidays to route you back to a terminal to turn your truck in because you quit

I did just that, and was told it's the system doing that automatically, and that they can't see the time on my end. Even better when it says 0001-0300.

Kinda jumping the gun in your normal way, aren't you? Perhaps you should worry more about Poly and the problems they're having. Personally, I'm glad I never decided to pursue that opportunity.

When you discover the loss for drivers, I'll be waiting with baited breath. Sounds more like you're just continuing your attempt to justify your decision to leave.

In the interest of full disclosure, I've all but signed the papers to rejoin Schneider, only this time on their Choice program. However, with the additional pay raise (putting me at 48 on 1/1 and 49 on 2/7, my anniversary), the new trucks being double-bunk again, and the inverters, I am taking an extra pause to reconsider. My reasons for wanting to do this haven't changed, but security is an issue. I'm slated to start orientation on January 5th.

you're right, my 9 yrs, 9 mos. and 26 days of experiencing their way of doing thing means absolutely ####...after all the few years you've been there makes you a bigger, better authority on them..after all, they have probably completely changed the way they do things in the 13 mos since I left...just like a leopard changes it's spots. Silly me...how could I have been so mistaken...
