Among other things, yes. He is always on Channel 100. I used to listen to him years ago on regular radio. Mostly I listen to music and news.

 

I have learned that I have no desire to run dedicated. Unless that put me home every full weekend or night. I just helped out on a pop up fleet for 4 days and I don't mind it but I really like OTR over running the same area. If I'm not gonna see my family, then I might as well see more than 2 States.

 

It was Chemster over on the Poly thread. He was thinking about leaving because of his boss cutting their pay rate when oil prices dropped...he was talking about coming back to Poly, but had a couple other leads on local openings to explore first. I haven't heard much from him since, but we had to deal with this forum system change in between.

 

Im not really a fan of the forum change and I have looked at it and used it everyday since the switch. I feel I'm not getting the same out of it and I have given it a chance. Guess there isn't anything I can do about it. It just reads different to me if that makes any sense.

I drug myself out of bed at 8:00, went up to get an empty, and I did.
Another Cretin there got his empty way earlier, NO FREIGHT. So he left and went to the Pay to Park TA, Me, I hopped back down here to the Pilot.

 

I got offered a load but taking a reset. I need it. Starting to feel normal again. Might even want to drive in the morning.

 

Well, I'm officially looking for another job. The crude oil hauling is getting more and more depressed as companies are not making money. They're looking to cut costs any way they can and also looking to the drivers to do more and more without compensation. I guess I was about a year too late in coming out here
I used to make well over $400 a day now I'm doing good to clear $300 on a good day. I can make almost as much OTR and have far less hassles and much shorter days.
What do they say about marrying an ex-wife? I may have to give Crete a call anyway..haha
