Sustanon is just doing like I do and running the load as far as he can go with it, and then you bump up against your appointment, or other obstacle and can't go any farther. Like xls said they just set you up for a driver vs. Operation battle. Just went thru this in a situation where I accepted a load presented to me as a drop and hook. It was actually an appointment window, which I said I couldn't make but told to take anyway. Then sat for new appointment. My fault because I didnt "grill" Ops before accepting it. Same thing. I drove 600 miles to be in opportunity to drive but next load gives me a 100 mile day.

On a positive note breakdown seems to be getting act together. Not so long waits.

    Sustanon Thanks this.

I did the meeting with Donna and both ops. mngrs...and basically they told me,that my mls are bad cause i refuse unproductive loads 2wice a month(it was more but lately i just take it up the ### more),and how average crete load is 620mls(i am right there),and they will not send me west cause the drivers who live out west needs those loads.

    Moon_beam and tucker Thank this.

I find it laughable how they complain that a drivers productivity is down but yet they'll give you a load 400mi to days to do it..morons!

To be honest, I didn't average over 10,000 miles a month the last 2 years I was there, and they never said a word.

When this Princess was new, she wanted me to run, she believed the 9,500 mile minimum made up rule, she always wanted an exact ETA for an all day drop, this morning she asked for my eta (to an all day drop on the 10th), I replied "sometime in the afternoon on the 10th, with my PTA for 10-11 07:00.
    And this was her reply:

Thats only happens if you dont average 9k or less,i think they are very happy if the miles are between 9-10k.Thats like 3 2400mls weeks, and 1 1000mls home time week.

I must have been right on the edge then. If I ever got over 10k in a month, I questioned them about having the right person on the loads. A 10k month was rare for me there. And it wasn't for a lack of trying or pressure from me for more productive loads. You might want to check your math though, but I get your point

I'm pretty consistently down in the 8s. You'd think never refusing a load and tcalling unproductive ones would count for something. Anyway, I don't ever hear a peep about it.

Pizza for breakfast, washed with Arizona strawberry lemonate Arnold Palmer tea. Heck yeah Speedway Michigan City. Last night was that perfect temperature where I didn't have to idle or use the Espar heater, and stayed just right all night. And nobody noisy parked next to me. Win!

Now if I could just get a load. :|
