you might be right, but they wouldn't want to do that with the truck here, they'd wait til I got to a terminal.
She said she'd find me a different truck, as this one has a MAJOR problem. But I never talked to her about the problem,. so someone in Lincoln must have.

My Mobileye quit working around Christmas when I installed my own dashcam. So for 6 months, I safely drove around without a collision system, but when they replaced my windshield and couldn't get the Mobileye working they put in a Drivecam.
I'm guessing that safety is getting tired of talking to me about my "events" (I can be a "handful")
So, I'll be giving up a good truck, except for the camera, to move into a mystery truck without a camera.
I didn't post about the camera, I wanted to test it out without anyone else's opinion rattling around.
The first 2 months, it really didn't go off, unless I was in a rough lot or going over train tracks. Then they updated it, and I had to call safety for my first "event", now, if I rolled over 72mph for over so many seconds it sent a video. That's what I did wrong.
And up until that call in, it didn't bother me, it blocked a lot of sun, but after that call in, the reality of being filmed sank in, it felt like I was raped. I try to live by Bobby Knight's great words of wisdom, "If rape is inevitable, lay back and enjoy it" . Nope,
Now, I despised the prying eyes, I find myself not looking in it's direction, or even out the right mirror. It has a green light on all the time, ALL the time, and I try not to look at it.
They changed the setting on how fast I could slow down, and it started going off a lot, if I saw it flashing red and green, I would tell them to "Suck a ###### d###" and flip them off.
Then I started running through stoplights, that I can safely stop at, but I don't want to get the message to call safety.
One day last week, I had to call Margerita, now she just watched the video probably 50 times, about a hard braking the day before, I swear I don't even remember setting it off, or a car cutting me off, then about an hour later, I had to call Shane about my tandems sliding back hard, I pulled the handle to slide them at the dock ,but they moved me to a dock farther away.
Monday after I was empty, I stopped at a red light and it went off, and so did I, I kept hitting the event button, telling them to go #### themselves,
Tuesday, I see the message to call in, the next stoplight I hard braked hard on purpose and told them to go #### themselves or something.
I tried to coach myself before I called in, as I know that Shane and the Margerita are just doing a job that pays as much as someone that says "Did you find everything ok?" but I forget that after 4 seconds and tell them "If they don't like the way I drive, then, get this, FIRE ME" and they tell me they're not going to fire me, just note that we talked,.
I told safety that the inside camera proved nothing and that out of the thousands of videos, the 2 they put on the website proved that, and the only good thing about the inner camera was it was pointed at the Asian girl's ###### and that I watched her lift her right leg hundreds of times looking for some side vag, and if I ever saw her, I'd have to buy her a lobster dinner.
They removed the videos in the last couple of weeks
And I did have the Bull fries in Amarillo at the 72, they were good.Last edited: Oct 14, 2015

I roll the truck all the time 75mph is normal for east, and when i was going west i would hit 85mph from UT to NV on I25 where the speed limit is 80,may be its not right by the company policy but its right by the state laws.I hope they put you in a truck with no ####eye, plus you have 5 pins from Ray to prove your safetyness.

Well I'm back after having been gone for a year and a half. All the people I used to know at Marietta, New Kingstown are gone. Not much else has changed though. Getting trucks and trailers serviced is still like pulling teeth. When I left, they had that big discussion about service on the Facebook page. Oh well.
I pulled a 229 series trailer with the handle on the driver's side. There was a light mounted on the corner of the trailer. Anyone know what that is for? ABS maybe. -
maybe the light is ..air pressure monitor for the tires...low air in one of the tires...light comes on
LarryBigByrd Thanks this. -
Logano wins again, YEAH!!
No freight today for drivers without trailers.
Except for the short Lowes load going to Corbin, KY for tomorrow afternoon. I saved it for the daycab fleet and I'll grab a longer load ion the morning
