    And switch the entire company to automatic transmissions because our target driver demographic doesn’t know what the F they are doing. Shocking.

    It's the hiring practices...we have a 100% automated fleet (and I hate it) but my company requires experienced drivers, and don't train people to drive.

    Looks like a def problem...im betting the def filter is clogged at minimum..i bet crete wont do anything more than minimum to try to fix it...just like all fleets

    And the engine temp..doesn't go above 145...no matter if you drive it all day

    Might have filled up with bad DEF... might be a sensor...or one of the valves might need cleaned up.

    You're gonna be getting a different truck because it's going to sit at freightliner for a week minimum if it's not just bad DEF.

    This happens more than you’d think.

    I worked for a company that had so many trucks out due to bad DEF that they made drivers buy it in the boxes instead of filling up at the pumps.

    Looks like Crete/Mechanicsburg shop....put the thermostat in backwards.....which made regen system malfunction ..plugging up def filter...which then burnt up some electronic sensors..still waiting for shop to make repairs at Gary, Indiana
