I don’t get preplans, fuel solution, route suggestions, or customer directions on the tablet but they come through on the phone. Got on my first load with the system though so idk what happened. Serious bug though. Otherwise don’t mind it.

I have noticed that while I am behind the wheel in slow/stand still traffic,it switches from Driving to On Duty.

Call "the office" and make it thier problem. Nobody will change anything if it's not a problem. :) Call every time it gives you trouble.

That's a common problem with all Peoplenet units. We have the old Peoplenet system (non-ELD mandate compliant) and it does it too. I told our safety department that it's still doing it (we were told that the latest update fixed it), he said you're not held accountable for it...not sure if he means by the DOT or by safety. But I am sure a money hungry local LEO that does DOT's would love to write a ticket for it.

Yes, and when you turn off the ignition it stays in driving status for several minutes if you do not manually change status. That's a change that regularly costs me a few minutes drive time.

I’ve had Peoplenet at my company for the last 6 years, and I’ve always preferred it over Qualcomm. You can also go into settings to switch messages to the most recent at top.

Just hit the reset button right when you are ready to drive. It’ll take 2 minutes to start back up, and you’ll save 2 minutes of “On-duty driving” time.
