Yes exactly, but they wouldn't be there except they fell for all the ######## from CRST. They promise the world.

I work for Malone, and while I am leaving the company, I will add a few things here in support and in unsupport. First, much of the complaining I see on here holds little value. Many of the problems people are having are simply the things that go along with being an OTR truck driver, and now that the supply of truckers is plentiful, and the demand is down, companies are getting used to leaving their workers in desperate situations. Look, things are getting bad people, you should have prepared the world you live in for Simpler living when the time became necessary, but no, you chose to dream big, and take as much, aND spend as much on yourselves as you could. As for CRST, the only thing I'd consider with them is their training program as a new driver, but at 26cpm, I'd still take another consideration.

$.26/ mile ? I was a trainer for them four years ago. Try $.12 / mile, and they deduct their money for the school off the top. I meant and drove with more WTF weird mofo's at CRST than any place on earth. And dispatch was equally farked, they play all kinds of re-power games with your loads. I always had to beg for miles, I averaged around 4800 to 5000 week, and was told that was pretty much maxed out as I was getting miles that put me in the top 1% of the company.
The entire scene is BAD news.
Like I said before, at least 7 maybe 8 out of 10 of the people that walk in, and " I'm gonna be a truck driver ", have absolutely no business behind the wheel to begin with.

    carramrod32 Thanks this.
