No, because the FMCSA is, in all its awesome glory, perfect and beyond reproach. Nothing the FMCSA does now, has done in the past, or will ever do in any concievable future, will EVER be wrong. Any sense of wrongness you see or feel is due to your inability to perceive the perfection that is the FMCSA. Bad driver!

Plenty of old timers around here who started out trucking back in the olden days before CDL's and trainer/mentor/handholders.
