I once blew a tire slow rolling across a weigh station scale. the red light came on and she came running out like she caught herself a terrowist on United States dirt redhanded. When she was handing me the paperwork for the violation kept saying it goes to the carrier's points not mine.
Anytime they write up that form the only way you avoid points is if it says No Violations Found.

Is there a violation number on the warning they gave you, 392.2(xx...)? The officer, whether they know it or not, determines if and how the violation/warning will report. -
Guy I was talking to got a written warning for making a full stop in Texas. I was blown away.
Cop told him if he didn't make a full stop he'd have gotten a violation. -

I think this bit covers it.
Q: What data will CSA use to track, measure, and evaluate carriers?
A: The CSA systems will use the following:
- Crash reports provided by the states for DOT recordable crashes.
- Roadside inspection reports provided by the states, and all violations listed on the reports.
- Violations discovered during interventions conducted by state or federal investigators.

Got pulled over doing 63 in a 55. Got a written warning and a ticket for a cab card violation. Still got the points for the warning as a violation on my inspection.
