Did that include the urine test? The computer on the phone says $109 plus any labs you may need.
I wish you could talk to a human :(

Everything was included... The urine test for sugar is what your asking about or a drug test?

For you guys that have used them, how did they do the hearing test?

I'm a little bit hard of hearing, but I hear perfectly fine if the person I'm conversing with speaks clearly and does not mumble.

I've had exams where they did very little involving the hearing test, I had exams where they made me turn around and they were so many feet behind and wanted to know if I could hear them and I've had other exams where they put me in a room and put headphones on me and tested me with all the beep beep stuff.

How did they go about it?

Did mine in November in Michigan. Had to stand at the door sideways and cover the ear closest to the physician and she whispered and asked me to repeat. Room wasn’t very big at all if it helps

I use the one by my house for minor things. CVS Minute Clinics are staffed by Nurse Practitioners. You’ll see them titled as “NP” I get in line online and they text me a few minutes before. They’re about 5 minutes from home.

My company uses Concentra for all medical requirements. Those places are hit n miss. I’ve been in and out within 30 minutes and stuck there for a few hours. They handle a lot of workers comp stuff.

Hi, we do the whisper test first and if you do not pass that then I will do audiometry. Some companies require audiometry period. Company choice but either is acceptable criteria per FMCSA.

Not sure why they had you running around but that made me laugh. Whisper test or Audiometry qualifies under FMSCA regs. Some companies prefer Audiometry so we do as the company ask. :)
