DAC REPORT CANT GET A JOB

Why pay dac fix to do exactly what you can do for free? and get the same results? Nothing will change on his dac report, but he can add a letter for his side of the story.

If they have one of the incidences listed in the wrong city, that is easy to prove you were notthere (we know you were but still...) just use the free feature to contest the remark on your DAC using your logs as proof you were not in that city on that day.

 

There is companies you can hire to dispute your dac I would most definently fight it that's your lively hood on the line I hate the dac system 98% of the time it's a non driver pencil pusher making the claims they don't know there ### from a hole in the ground I worked about 3 weeks for a outfit that was tearing people's dac reports up over stupid stuff they was basically using it to intimidate as soon as I became aware of what they was doing I jumped ship immediately they offered me a raise to stay but a extra dollar a hour is not worth my lively hood.as some have stated hire on with a smaller company there usually a lot more lenient and will hardly even mess with your dac

 

Get a hold of Hire right, and send in a dispute of the claims against you. Yes you can do this.
It does not entail the outcome will go for your side, but if you do not try. You may be stuck with the results you have. Fight for yourself, and against the system. The DAC results are one sided against the driver if the companies are let to write negative things or false accusations against us. Where is the system where drivers can report about the companies? Don't you agree this is what this Country was founded on. Our Constitutional rights, and the rights of the people?

 

People also used to take some personal responsibility.

 

What they said is true. You can dispute it yourself. Also someone mentioned smaller companies.
Now, when you get your second chance, I suggest you look in the mirror. Ask yourself what precautions you can implement to be a safer driver. Safety includes not running tandems through the grass.
