    Were you on the dock when they loaded the trailer doing a count or was it a dropped sealed trailer.

    Drivers need to check their loads prior to closing the trailer doors. Or, if almost impossible to do so, they need to ask the shipper how it is loaded. In your case, they would have said the front of the load was several feet from the bulkhead without any blocks......RED FLAG. You the driver does have a say in how it's loaded, right ?
