    Scary stuff.
Stroke can hit the healthiest of us at any time.
Arteries hide lots of problems within their walls.
    Hope he recovers.

It's a good thing the teammate woke up. (They usually do when the truck is "Off" in normal behavior.)

That there is a flying dutchman. Hopefully he got care however there is a strict medicine that is dispensed only to those who are functioning and within a very limited time. It will break the stroke when IV'ed in a short time period. But not all strokes.

Strokes are usually lethal, kill you where you stand. Or worse turn that truck into a flying dutchman. (A old 1600's song about a warship full of the dead sailing to seek out the living to kill.)

I did not see the video, but don't really need to. That image was enough.

Dashcam GPS coordinates return to a highway southwest of Ho Chi Minh City. Speed is about 25 mph and continues to drop off as the video goes on, so I think he was having trouble before the video started and his foot came off the pedal during the event. Still a good thing his co-driver was there.

This will be the next thing driver facing cam fanboys will be exclaiming. Look it proved the exact time the blood vessel ruptured!

Man, that video is scary as h*ll! There is this dude just laying right there behind this other dude snoring and farting presumably (at least that's what I do) 6 inches from his head! I can't believe someone would work that way.

Did somebody say something about a medical condition?

well yes, and in fact, had that NOT been a team operation and the truck crashed and killed some people, but the trucker survived, that would go a long way in court, proving he did not fall asleep behind the wheel, or was drunk, or stoned, or distracted..

but i'd be sure that somehow, someway, a lawyer will still find some sort of fault on the trucker, like maybe he was on meds and forgot to take them that day, or his medical card was near it's expiration date...whatever...

never under estimate the tenacity of a lawyer looking for blood money.

I don't think lawyers have the same power in Vietnam as they do here. It's all about the communist party there, so presumably his family won't be forced back to the rice paddies because of the video.
