Dd15 oil sample report

    2021 with 223k currently. Truck is ran hard at 70 and usually 69k+. Oil changes happen at 50 to 60k intervals. Truck averages 7.5mpg and has gained a slight increase in mpg in the last 50k miles. Engine has less than 4700 hours on it. What do you guys think?

    Not seeing where fuel dilution is indicated at - rest of the indicators look good to me, but not familiar with this engine/sample expectancy.

    Soot may be slightly high, I guess no APU and idle hours associated with summer idling?
