Dealing With Glare When Driving at Night?

20% tint on the windows and 2 switched LED light bars on the back of the trailer have helped me a bit

 

I use those yellow night glasses/adapter that goes over my prescription glasses.
works good, even in rain, knocks glare down.

 

Most trucks cone with the red lights standard.

 

I always thought people who needed those enhanced lights for driving at night are the ones whose vision is going bad. I can see just fine with my regular beams at night.

Time for these headlight demons to get a day-time only restriction on their license. Either find a new job or shift if a driver. Or if a four wheeler, stay home, take an uber, or ride the bus.

 

I want to get me one of them tug boat spotlights and mount it on my hood...

What confuses me is they have enough light to make it look like daylight but still can’t drive fast enough to pass you and just ride right at the perfect distance to blind you for miles on end, you speed up they speed up, you slow down they slow down. It’s almost like they want to do it intentionally. They also are usually actually blocking thier sight by being just close enough that they can’t see around your truck/trailer anyway so why even bother with brighter lights? There isn’t that much to read and entertain someone on the back of my trailer is there?

 

I have been using these glasses for awhile and they are not to bad at night especially when it is raining. Normally I start to get a headache from the glare and put these on and it goes away. The ones I picked up are from Walmart and came with a pair for night and one for day

 

I’ve got 50% on the sides, and it helps for sure, and I love them for daytime. I hate them when I have to back up at night, so I have to roll the windows down to see out the mirrors.
