This was talked about when it happen by the media when there was moves to stifle the reports, then he went after the driver and his family, he was ruined, he died regretting driving that day and Biden never apologized to him for his comments. All politics aside, I was reading about this statement and it reminded me of a situation way back in the 70s. After Ford became POTUS Betty Ford had a CB radio setup in the White House. Up until sometime in the last 30 years you technically had to have an FCC license to operate a CB radio. This started changing after FLOTUS started using that CB. The FCC changed the rules allowing something about your zip code then later on totally removed the license rules for CB. In fact, if I remember correctly almost every new CB radio had an FCC application in the box. I have no opinion about the subject of this thread! Just wanted to toss that bit out there!
