With these kinds of posts .....

The OP always seem to give off this vibe where "it all sort of makes sense why bad things happen to some people".

    :biggrin_25523:

Me suspects TMC got separated from some dead weight is pretty much the moral of this story.

One of their nicknames is "The Marine Corp"...maybe the harsh interrogation techniques of dispatch didn't produce the expected replies.

I wonder if walking on the grass played any part here. :laughing6:

I was forced to resign because I looked at them sideways! And I was in the top 30% of all drivers! Just don't look at them sideways, that's all! As Carmen would say "RESPECT MY AUTHORITY!!!!"

I read several of your posts. You said they asked you "what kind of man" you are. How did that come up? What was your answer.

Maybe op didn't parked up on Sunday's like tmc wants you to do even though at orientation they tell you is not mandatory. since he failed to meet the tmc standard he probably was given a bunch of cheap freight to haul where he won't make any money to the truck or just maybe he failed the inspection as he probably didn't do his bed and have the truck so shiny that you could you see yourself in it. At the end its a good company to start but not to stay as a career.

Tmc flatbed requires you to park on Sundays meaning going to the customer to get loaded instead of a Monday, they figure by you parking up on Sundays you be home on Friday at 1500 the latest and get more money to the truck as they you are paid by percentage.

Yah....too many stupid rules and micro-managing for me.
The more I read about TMC, the worse they look.
If my only two options in the industry were company driver for TMC or Lease/Purchase with C.R. England...I guess I'd be heading to Salt Lake City. LOL! God...somebody kill me if that ever happened.

No wonder TMC would not be interested in an experienced "old salt" like me; sounds like they prefer young gullible newbies that they can brain wash. I'm embarrassed to be sharing the same home state as them.

They want to be treated with respect, yet sound like they have zero respect for the most crucial part of their business---the driver. Shame on you TMC!

A big of their appeal is their shiny Peterbilts.
