DOCUMENTARY ON WORST COMPANY

Yeah, don’t defend them. It is obvious they want to work to make mone but they make it just a job, a more dangerous job. The narrator said he is avoiding scales and all of that to protect his cdl, what a liar. He should lose his license just as other drivers who do what they are told, there are regulations in place to protect the driver but only if they take advantage of those regulations as they are legally required, and if this means they get fired, it is the right thing to do. Running two logs, that puts them as a target for a criminal charge if there is an accident. The same with tires and such, just lame excuses on their part.

Yes these scum fleets are behind the problems but the driver has to act to help get rid of them. We all can’t do much if there is no action by the person committing the crime/violation.

 

If you listen to some of the audio and look at some of the txt messages, the drivers said that they #### up your license and DAC by falsely reporting stuff, which takes time to fix. And if you're desperate enough to work for a bottom feeding company like this, you probably can't afford to be off long enough to fix it.

 

How does any private citizen affect someone’s license? Nobody can put anything on your MVR just because they feel like it. More likely is that they are sub-par drivers that continue messing up their own license.

 

If they're the trucking company they can ruin you DAC, maybe not your license, but can report you for abandonment, falsify a positive on a drug test, report you to the cops for stealing the vehicle.(Like that last part of the video where the cops removed the driver from the truck in Buffalo and they were living in the truck, so essentially they were then homeless). Some drivers don't have the best record so they have to work for these kind of companies because flipping burgers at McBurger Bell doesn't pay the bills

 

Right. There are always excuses and it’s always someone else’s fault for the position they’re in. They made choices in their life that have put them in the position they’re in. Somehow I’ve managed to be involved in this industry since 1997 and not once have I been involved with a company as an employee who even used DAC.

 

There are plenty of good people in this industry that did stupid stuff early in life but learned from their mistakes and have turned things around and been on the straight and narrow ever since, but if the stupid stuff was serious enough, it follows them around for life which makes working for a lot of companies impossible.

As for working for a DAC company, doesn't FCC utilize DAC for all drivers both company and O/O?
