I would do a sight side street back, otherwise you need to move cars or pray you have several spots open on the right side. The worst are the blindsides in that configuration.

As far as smacking poles, trees, cars and buildings, you just tell your boss “I’m on a mission from God! I’m providing a service! Who else is going to do it? You, Lt.? You Lt Weinberg? You want me on this account! You need me on this account!”
