I've been woken up by the dome lights coming on and lights flashing outside etc. disconnecting the battery will reset everything. Really too bad you don't have a switch to do that. It ought to be standard as crappy as these Cascadia's are

All trucks that I have driven have one. Whether it is a simple switch or getting out a wrench and pulling the main battery cable wire. It can be done. And sooner or later, needs to be done on every truck.
My dash clock froze at 8:31 last week. Yesterday a power cut-off disconnect for 60 seconds fixed it.
What are you driving? All the Cascadias I drove had a switch on the floor by the driver door. Once it got bumped by my tire thumper and shut me down at a stop light!!! I set my triangles then thought to check it. Cycled off then on and was back on my way.
The Volvo's have a switch outside just above the battery box.

So I get back to the OC and the freakin thing turns off when the tech hits the switch in the sleeper, like I did a thousand times. Old trucks suck. Slept with it on all night. I know, waaaaa
Pmracing Thanks this. -
Some of the Cascadias have the switch just under the cab about where the drivers seat is at.
There is a body control module on those trucks that could be the cause too.
It should have a dome light over ride switch also.
Or just take the bulbs out....... -
Every freightliner I have been in has a master cut off. Most likely the OP just has not found it. Every truck I have been in has one...
