I always made my bed in the truck and make it everyday at home. I still can make hospital corners, thanks to Mom and the Air Force.

I use to put ArmorAll on my floor and taillights on each trailer I pulled. Cleaned my windows inside usually twice a week.

White sheets, like underwear... is it even available anymore?

My bed is made each morning. I don't want an unmade bed to lounge around on after I get done working for the day and am sitting around watching shows.
The officer would need to turn down the cover to check if the sheets were white. I doubt that would happen unless they were looking for something else back there.

And yet we have all smelled exhaust fumes when in the sleeper, right?

How can a sleeper berth be located anywhere than where it is at?
If the wind is just right, or there are other trucks idling nearby, fumes will get in.

The newer trucks have the exhaust going out at the bottom just to the rear of the sleeper.
How is that in compliance to that reg?

Well, its CLEAN exhaust, its a proven fact that dying from co2/co thats "green" is better than dying from exhaust that has higher nox emmisions... /s

Hotshot trucks are the worst, had multiple instances last year (about 5) of being parked, truck off, window open, then some hotshot rolls up next to me, and pours clouds of fumes into my truck till I have to leave. Worse than parking next to a reefer.
