Hey Victor i really enjoyed your post's about GTI and adjusting brakes and such, and i dont doubt for a minute that your experience with GTI is exactly as you told it.
BBBUTT you are following Josephs postings and for some reason trying to discount everything he says.
Who really cares if Lessors have bad scores, i would have to assume its really how much money some bring home, what equipment they are given and how they are treated and left to run that make a company a good fit for drivers.
Like i said Victor, write another well written thread about YOUR next adventure and i will subscribe, but trying to discount Josephs comments or info probably just doesn't sit well with some of the forums readers.
Joseph might even be the biggest Jackwad on the site but i am pretty sure if it was between the two of you to get a truck load of -------- ?from the East coast to the West coast in a timely manner to save the Earth -my money is on Joseph. No offense LOLjoseph1135, 77smartin, truckinmike1984 and 6 others Thank this. -

ALL BS ASIDE
When push comes to shove, if and I emphasize IF the work is there, there are usually two types of company drivers:
A. The ones who will shut up, drive the truck and get it done... (Gotta learn to work kid!) LOL...or....
B. The "terminal rats" and "truck stop lawyers". While someone else eventually took the load type B was too good for, he sits in the break room at your local trucking company, or in the back lot at your local truck stop chain. He will preach endless sermons about conspiracy theories on the CB, or a sermon about how he told "such and such" dispatcher to @#$% off when offered that load. These are usually the types of guys that claim they call the US Marshalls on the DOT when they get a "wrongful ticket." I'm not making this up, one guy at a company I used to work with seemed to come up with a new US Marshalls story every week...
This is why forced dispatch is not always a bad thing...truckinmike1984, 77smartin and joseph1135 Thank this. -
Loose -leafs i absolutely get it.
Victor and Joseph have bad blood between each other so the original posters thread get,s lost in the mix.
I just wish Victor would use the info he gathers on the companies as an informative thing instead of just trying to bring down anyplace that Joseph works for or has worked for -it just looks like he is directly trying to discredit Joseph himself.
And by the way Lessors might just totally be one of the worst companies out there (I dunno) but for at least one person its a good fit (Joseph).
If Victor would gather the same info on all the companies out there and post it as more of an information type post's and not a bickering type post, Victor would be a very popular guy with a large following. -
We all agree to disagree here on the forum,Victors problem is he doesn't know how to do it with respect.[QUOTE="Hang - Man";4120859]Loose -leafs i absolutely get it.

I wouldn't have bad blood. I enjoy his writing (at least I used to) and all the sudden he's on his little mission. He thinks "learn how to work" is "braggadocio". It's simply that. Work. I can't imagine how one makes it 65 years with that attitude.
truckinmike1984 Thanks this. -
All of a sudden???????????????? I must be missing something, lol.

What i found out from the post's on TTR - No driver that post's in the "Good/Bad" sections of this forum is a "Liar".
LOL --I know, i know- hear me out, I believe each drivers experience is exactly as it was or perceived by them.
Even better yet how many drivers have started with the "Good" and ended up posting the same company in the "Bad".
Heres a fine example, Theres a driver on YouTube that has been driving for a company that has a fifty/fifty good/bad reputation on this forum (Flat bed).
I started following this driver because when i first started watching his videos, my first impression was that he was socially awkward, naive, bookish type soon to be driver that wouldn't make it 4 weeks OTR.
Turns out he is now 5th best in his group of 40 drivers under his DM and i believe the upper 4 were either O/O or 10 year drivers (or something like that).
His gross or net average pay is $1185.00 a week (i forget which one -but will get back to you on that).
I have seen his pay sheet from the company as he posted it.
I dont want to name the company, driver, or you tube name because i dont want this driver to get in trouble for you-tubing although i suspect his company already knows.
Point is, i wouldn't have necessarily thought this rookie/newbie could have done so well this far at this company -go figure.
I have to quit being so cheap and pay for some good cable TV.LOL
Just realized i did a fine job of jacking this thread, sorry to the original poster although it sounds like he/she might have decided to move on from Trucking.Milkman719 and joseph1135 Thank this.
