OK, I'm here to talk crap about this company too...
my wife spent 2 weeks with me in the truck over the summer and even she was happy i stopped working for this company...
I earned 7 days of hometime (out nov 14-dec. 24) and after 4 they took the truck back, no qualcomm message, no call....now does that sound like a professional company to either of you???
it took me over a month to get paid for 9 days of breakdown pay...all together...they were going to just make me sit for over a week and not get a paycheck...my dispatcher said to "move on"....does that sound like a professional company??
when i finally went to 2 of my dispatcher supervisors to get the breakdown pay (and they did nothing) i left a message for their new VP of operations...within 2 hours my dispatcher was calling me with a comcheck for the money saying "we just wanted to make sure you were taken care of"....b.s....ever since then she never got me home ontime, never kept me in the west...and took over 3 weeks to give me detention time when i spent over 8 hours at a shipper
DONT WORK FOR USA TRUCK!!!

O.K. who has ever played the game, bullshi*? Its a bluff card game and if you have your bluff called they say BULLSHI*! So Im saying it to this post. what a joke!
Im a USA driver, you earn 1 day off for every week out up to a maximum of five, even if you stay out 6 weeks you only get five days. Im home right now and was out 39 days, five days off, so BULLSHI*!
Why didn't they take my truck after four days? BULLSHI*! USA Truck is about good communication, as I suspect are all trucking companies, they do not randomly not pay people or cause problems for their employees. Are they perfect, hell no! Ive been broke down, frustrated and ready to scream some days but never one time have they not provided for me and made sure I was safe and taken care of, NOT ONCE!
Here's my experience with people who make statements such as yours at USA. They (employee) have done something, or not done something they were supposed to do and have develpoed into a problem child. Complainer, dilly dally, late whatever it is, 9.9 outta 10 it is the employee. Then they quit or are let go and all of a sudden its "USA is so bad or dont work for them they screw you". BULLSHI*
Dont come onto a forum of professional drivers and insult the company that people work for with half truths because you will get called on it: BULLSHI*!Thomas0810 and bikegoon Thank this. -
I agree with Harry...
I believe most of the complainers and b*****rs on here talking very negative about USA are just lazy and cannot give us the complete story because then it would make them look bad and not the company.
With that being said, everyone has problems sometime along the ride. Right now I'm pretty frustrated and want a new truck due to the mechanics cannot do the job right the first time. Thats one negative about USA... the maintenance part sucks, but so do many other companies.panhandlepat Thanks this. -
so does everything else.
