The problem with this answer is that it doesn't bring up issues about the company itself. Loaner car, washer and dryer, driver's lounge... we want to know more about miles, pay, overall treatment.XenonOxide Thanks this. -

Just wanted to add I spoke to their recruiter today on the phone, and he claims that their company has "never laid off a driver". I find that hard to believe and a bit of a red flag to be honest, it doesn't pass the smell test and makes me feel they have a culture of talking a big game and exaggerating. Like I know all recruiters exaggerate but I've never seen any recruiter from another company make such an inflated claim.

They may never lay off but sure don't hesitate to starve one out .
