At least the trucker checked himself at the last second instead destroying the front of that car.

Plenty of Yahoo's out here who can't keep it their lane on a straight interstate let alone a turn

Your in the wrong country perhaps that would be perfectly legal over here in Australia wide turns are permitted just have to keep a look out in your mirrors to make sure your not wiping out some poor car driver, apparently they haven't worked out that taking wide turns helps you get around corners alot more safely yet in the USA.
