You really want to sell it make a YouTube video with all kinda of destruction thrown at it and put it beside a regular windshield. Otherwise I am going to keep doing what I'm doing.

There is little to no downtime with windshields. Even if it had an illegal crack in it the driver could deliver their next couple of loads and take care of it in between loads or even during their 10 hour break.

It might be worth the premium if it really does work, most of the time my screens seem to get worn out by pitting and its almost a relief when a crack makes me change it out. Now if the one you've found is somehow harder and resistant to the sandblasting effect then that would be a winner, but the downtime advantage angle isnt going to be worth much.

Replace fewer windshields? The value of that would seem to depend upon what you're hauling and where you're hauling it. Hauling untarped loads of gravel out of a quarry down 20 miles of gravel roads with 100 other trucks? It might be well worth it.
