    There is a black dude driving around in Fontana offerring CB repair/improvement services and calling himself Dr. Phil. Have any of you used him?

    Just curious how do you know his race by his voice? Is it that obvious like he sounds like he spends alot of time on the bowl " JUST GOT DOWN!

    I have met the guy at the ta and petro in Fontana that was back in 2014 while I was driving OTR for a western candian company, he seemed a little sketchy
