Should I swap right rear ones towards front and front ones go to the back?

No. Always criss cross. Rt. rear to lft. front. Left rear to rt. front
and then front ones go directly to the back axles, right?
Those are more reasons to rotate periodically. Keeps everything wearing nice and even.
Mine got real quiet a few thousand miles after I rotated them as well.
NO. Always crisscross. For the life of the tires.
