Still with them?

 

I worked for dynamic from July last year until March. I averaged out my pay over that time and averaged about 1,300 a week gross. Sometimes you sit waiting for a load but most of the waiting I did was getting a load with 1,500 miles on it but 3-4 days before you can deliver and they were never able to change the appointment time.

They have a bonus system that starts if you run 12,000 miles in a month and I was never able to hit that mark macause of the way the loads were set up. They left me alone and I did my job but the loads were ####ty for me most of the time.

 

I just wish the mirrors were optional. That’s the one big hold up for me.

 

What are they governed at?

So what's the latest. Are you guys still working there? Hows the miles?

 

Could someone tell me what the rider policy is? My wife rides with me full time, so I would need her to come from day 1 as we canceled our lease on our apartment so she could get use to being over the road. Thanks in advance!
