Im making it clear to dispatch i’m not going there anymore..standing my ground..4x’s in a row with issues with them..i dam sure better be paid for this shenanigans..

 

I think i found a customer that tops the list as bad as they come…

was set to pu in ft morgan co Friday evening but decided to show up at 4am Saturday morning to pu load as it had a window till 10am..get told by cargill that load isn’t ready..finally at 2:48mst they call and say it’s ready..

so i grab it and go and of course original appointment in dallas was 9am Sunday morning wasn’t happening because 864mi ain’t happening by 0900..get called by office asking why i didn’t make appointment and i informed them of such why i wasn’t…they said if you can make it by 1730 they’ll unload..informed them it was going to be tight and i got there st 1735..customer closed..

so i sit parked in street by their facility and 0730 next morning i check in..customer standard meat’s informed me that the new appt is for 2300..ok so i go chill the rest of the day and such.

I then proceed at 2230 to go check in and they informed me that due to lack of space in their facility they’re refusing the load…

fast forward to today and dispatch is informed by cargill to head back on over to unload at 3pm..i arrive and they proceed to tell me again, “we don’t have the floor space for it”..mind you this is only 1 of 3 stop on the trl…i told them why the hell would you order product when you know you dont have the room for it??…they informed me its not their problem..talk about ignorance..

Nope.. don’t need to do that.. the truck has a satellite tracking on it so does the trailer they can contact the company if they want to know where the equipment is…
