    I filed a wage claim on these fools for the unauthorized deductions..the follow up email from them they stated they want only verbal communication regarding this and then only after that would they put anything in writing..i call bs..totalling more than $1000…the state now will handle it going forward..the state will now have pay stubs showing proof and email correspondence showing they refuse to disclose what the deductions are..

    Unfortunately they have gone downhill..they have openly admitted that they’re struggling to get any freight to haul..based on obc msgs..the amount of drivers who have bailed since startbof the year is astonishing…

    Dry van/reefer freight is pretty cut throat. A company I used to drive for went from 100 to 60 drivers over the course of a few years. Then they started not paying drivers for previously compensated tasks. I heard the final nail in the coffin was shorting the pay of their local hourly pay drivers. They went from 60 drivers down to 30 drivers within two weeks recently.

    I hate that people have to deal with this stuff. I started pulling tankers a decade ago and although nothing is perfect, the bulk works just seems to exist with fewer hiccups.

    Not much..got a bs reasoning behind the bs they pulled..as far as where im at im holding that info back right now..i might after a bit of time and after my cruise vacation beginning of June..haven’t fully decided though yet.

    I thought about doing this cruise one time.
