I was 50-60 hours. You can work weekends too. Some of the favorites seemed to run out their 70 every week. They would start before me and still be out when I left.
I was there from 12/2020 through 8/2021. So I only experienced good freight period. They have lots of dedicated customers you see regularly. It wasn’t terrible. Don’t know if Werner will ruin it or not. I so know Werner was accelerating getting rid of the oldest ECM trailers. They were really bad. Just this week is the first time I saw Werner trailers at the local ECM terminal.
No overtime does suck, but they seem to have a lot of long time employees. A few guys were there 20+ years.

I can’t get much info from the mechanic as all the mechanics were Pitt Ohio employees, not ECM. They benefits were different.
Pitt Ohio didn’t own ECM, it was a partnership interest. Even now the original owner still owns some of the company. ECM might be his initials. I think i heard that. -
I know all that sounds weird. It took me some time to learn what was what. Very confusing depending on the situation.

I know this is somewhat an old thread but on an off-topic, how is ECM's maintenance program? I found a used Freightliner day cab that came from them and was wondering if they took good care of their trucks and had a good PM program.
