Just curious, mostly because I'm too lazy to research it myself, if you are actually required to put those eLog decals on your trucks? you know like these ones.

I've been thinking about putting them on my truck... even though I use paper. :biggrin_25523:

Not a requirement, but a lot of drivers are reporting positive results from attaching the decals shaped like crosses and made from garlic extract on their rigs.

From what I'm told they're running $3 a decal. So 500 trucks=1000 decals, seems like I can save $3000. Hmmm

Well if your gonna have them made make custom decals that say Driver Aint Smart Enough To Do Paper Logs So We Use Electronic Logs.:biggrin_25523: Also start leaving the IFTA decals on. Nothing nicer than seeing 10 old IFTA decals from years past.:biggrin_2559:

Kinda like the decals on the plates so I guess they can keep track of how long they have owned the p.o.s.

I dont see the stickers being any good unless your running with a national company. O/O sticking the sticker will probably still get asked for logs as most software out there (from what I am hearing) isnt recognized by most authorities.

What? So if you dont have hundreds of trucks your not a national company? I dare say there are more national companys with 5 trucks or less than there are with 50 or more trucks.

Yeah Okay.:biggrin_25523: I've been asked to see my log book 1 time this year, I guess if I was on e-logs and had a sticker I would have to show that e-logs 2 times this year?:biggrin_2559:

    volvodriver01 Thanks this.
