    Im at negative 13 hours....do I need to wait 13 hours off duty before I start back up?? Or is 10 hours off duty enough???

    Im a ompany driver.
    Im on my way home 6 hrs from here. Ive only got a couple hrs on my 11.& 14 but my 70 will run out in 5 hrs. Can i off duty drive the last hr?

    Are you under dispatch?
    What is company policy?

    If you are not under dispatch (Going home sure, but are you going to the yard first to drop a trailer off?) and the company allows it, then yes you can.
