Elogs and denied freight

I'm not on elogs and haven't been asked that yet. Like some have stated, it was probably tracking similar to macro point.

Yep. Brokers are going to check your HOS? And to do that, they will become DOT certified. Too funny.

 

No problem t'all to tell them what they want to hear...ain't no laws 'gainst lying to a slimy broker anyway.

I run legal. No business at all of theirs beyond that.

 

I love them brokers they are the best now we will have to call the Chokers

 

Isn't there some sort of liability involved?

 

I wouldn’t say if ya did have elog or not, just reply with I’m compliant.. the less anyone knows your buisness the better.. to many prying eyes out there especially since big brother rides shotgun now..

It's all about liability
Same as everything else these days
Might change if they start doing oos for no elog when required. The customer is paying the broker to vet carriers and get their stuff picked up and delivered without b.s. issues. I can see both sides of it..

 

Maybe the shippers oughta get their own crap together before trying to manage everyone else.
