Elogs and denied freight

    I'm not on elogs and haven't been asked that yet. Like some have stated, it was probably tracking similar to macro point.

    No problem t'all to tell them what they want to hear...ain't no laws 'gainst lying to a slimy broker anyway.

    I run legal. No business at all of theirs beyond that.

    I wouldn’t say if ya did have elog or not, just reply with I’m compliant.. the less anyone knows your buisness the better.. to many prying eyes out there especially since big brother rides shotgun now..

    It's all about liability
    Same as everything else these days
    Might change if they start doing oos for no elog when required. The customer is paying the broker to vet carriers and get their stuff picked up and delivered without b.s. issues. I can see both sides of it..
