Today I start my first day, leading to eternity with TMC. I took a deep breathe, said goodbye to friends family (and 2 littles) and dove head first into the abyss. Currently about to pick up a rental and leaving out with a childhood friend to take a 10hr drive to Iowa to start our training tomorrow. Both of us would be considered super rookies but I am always super focused so hopefully I am up for the challenge.

I guess that’s a good way to describe Des Moines. Good luck!

Backing practice is not cancelled simply because you can't see the lines because they are covered in snow. That's real world.

You might get the afternoon off if the cones are covered.

Not a speck of snow to be found around here in Des Moines.

I believe we got close to 60 yesterday.

I will be checking into the Baymont this afternoon to also start orientation tomorrow.

    Best of luck to all.
