I got 22,000 hours and 623,xxx miles. Last time I checked my idle percentage it was like 60%………

13,000 hours/600,000 miles but on a Houston to Edmonton run always,2300 miles each way.

I hauled grain. We could sit in lines at elevators for three hours some days. Trucks moved every ten minutes, most just leave the truck running the whole time, especially in the winter.

Depends. If he was just idling it's one thing, but if he has a PTO oil pump installed and that engine was working hard than it is badly worn out.
