Escrow fund

Hi, dear truck drivers! I would love to know what to do if my escrow found wasn’t refunded by the trucking company. I’ve been as a truck driver for couple of months and unfortunately for couple of reasons like old equipment, having often issues with the truck and spending time on the highway and not getting responses on time because of this kind situations from the company I had to quit my job. But by the end based on company and me contract I had to receive my escrow account back as a deposit that company was cutting from my paycheck ($500 every week for 5 weeks) in 45 days. Unfortunately they are trying to refuse by saying we didn’t receive a payment from Amazon yet to return my escrow back after two months. I don’t have any violations, or anything else that I made a problem with the company or truck. Where can I complain about this situation to return my hard earned money back. Please give me advice to resolve this problem.

 

Yes Amazon relay I was delivering Amazon trailers as a company driver. But I was not Amazon truck driver.
