Everyone quit SWIFT!!!!

Then maybe he should start his own sport franchise or trucking company. He has plenty of support staff.lol

 

I’m a Swift supporter and have been working here for four years (see my post on page one). I agree that Swift’s online reputation doesn’t match reality but I did think it’s odd someone would give you all his pay info but whatever.

The starting rate at Swift is 38cpm and even if he got ranked platinum (now he’d be at 43cpm) he wouldn’t have gotten a quarterly bonus check yet and it wouldn’t be included in his weekly pay.

Maybe he’s dedicated. Maybe they just decided to pay him 44cpm but I don’t think that’s the norm. A starting driver at Swift that works hard will probably make about 800-1200 a week in my opinion. Still good money for someone just starting out.

It's been a long time since I've been on this forum. I work for Swift out of Jurupa valley, run intermodal and 12 hour shifts are the norm, if you are new to swift and a student do your training with a little otr, then switch to a dedicated acct. They have a good selection of work that should fit your style. But don't come on here and piss and moan about no miles, that's probably because you are fresh out of you mommy's house and wet behind the ears. This occupation is for serious adults.

 

Uh,serious adults don’t go working for Swift.

Didnt hurt Moyes any....he is getting $200 grand a month in retirement from them.

 

Incidents and accidents like this don’t exactly help the company’s image though.
Swift hits a troopers cruiser
