Let's say two guys gross 75k per year.
One company driver gets 75k in benefits on top of his 75k gross.
Other company driver gets no benefits or has to pay 15k out of pocket for an 80/20 plan "medical insurance" plus his unpaid 20%.
If both gross the same, who has the better deal?
Everyone quit SWIFT!!!!

Almost kinda like a company driver vs. a “independent contractor”.

Of course the guy getting the free benefits is doing better. But that’s not his “gross” that would be part of his net. I think we are all agreeing on this topic just using different terms. I suppose you could “add” benefits and stuff to your gross and figure it that way. I got a sweet jacket on driver appreciation week. Would I add that to my gross? I’m just messing with ya. Lol.

It could fall under benefits!! LMAO
Wanna a t-shirt and hat to go with it?

I want to know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. And, don’t give me any crap about it depends on the size of your tongue, how aggressively you lick the pop, whether or not you can resist biting into it prematurely, etc...
I just want a #### answer!mjd4277 Thanks this. -

And another thing, you wanna know how much money you make for the year? Easy! Look at your deposits in EVERY bank account, 401ks, etc! That’s what you made that year! It’s that easy!
Now, I’m going to change into a bat and hang upside down!mjd4277 Thanks this. -
Your friend showed you all of his paychecks for the year and let you write them down? You must be close.
