The only Flying J / Pilot I can think of that I absolutely refuse to even try to park in due to lot arrangement is the one near Murfreesboro, TN. I40, ex 81 I think. About a third of the parking there is jammed into a side lot that is a nightmare to try to get into or out of after half the spots are taken. The rest of the spots are nearly always full. Just not worth my time to even think about parking there.Trucker61016, Snailexpress, JoeyJunk and 2 others Thank this.

I've been there to fuel and scale. Think I went to park once. Ended up pulling through the wash bay to get outFarmerbob1 and Snailexpress Thank this.

The pilot in Cambridge, Oh is pretty much useless for parking because the pumps are right in front of the parking, no chance of parking if someone's fueled and pulled forward....
Farmerbob1 Thanks this. -
I remembered another Pilot / Flying J that's not worth trying to park at. The tiny one near the 81/77 junction near Roanoak. Same problem you described. There are 10 spots or so, and they are all directly in front of the fuel lanes, so close you have to stay parked on the fuel lane after fueling, or nobody will be able to pull out.Trucker61016 Thanks this.

Yes, come to think theres another one in Drums, Pa i think, its a tiny Pilot and getting in to fuel can easily take an hour if they're busy.....Farmerbob1 Thanks this.

My favorite part of pulling a cattle pot is the free parking like this

Any of the close in truck stops in Chicago. It’s hell just getting fuel.
I always just head out 35 or so miles off i55, or i57.Still undecided, Trucker61016 and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
Worst I saw was one in PA a few years ago. Line of angled parking against a curb and another in front at same angle. For some reason as the trucks get closer to the end, they get further back from truck to their left
I was on back row on curb near end. I woke up and saw trailers 25-30 in front of me. Tried to pull out, even though I knew I couldn’t, and when my drives were on the trucks hood next to me, I was a foot from a trailer in front of me. And they were almost touching on my right as it went down.
No marked spaces where they were. Should have been, there was room to mark some. Just weirdTrucker61016 and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
