Also every time you replace the windshield expect a rock chip right after doing so. That is the way it works for me anyway.
Fabrication question? Leak in cab and cannot get it to stop.

Accurate! My pickup is on its 3rd windshield. Every one has been hit by a rock, within 6mos. I have a current chip I need to get filled, before it cracks. This windshield has been tinted on the inside, so I want to save it.Another Canadian driver, Keepforgettingmypassword, InTooDeep and 1 other person Thank this.

It’s all in the install if it will leak or not a Western Star. My current glass tech has done a couple halves and twice done both sides at the same time with no leaks in my Stars. I’ve had your poor experience with other techs though.Another Canadian driver and Keepforgettingmypassword Thank this.

I think it's 2016 and later the amber cab marker lights have a faulty gasket that is the source of a lot of people's water leaks into the cab. I had the same issue on my last cascadia and during a streak of unlucky windshield replacements I was able to identify and solve that congruent problem.Another Canadian driver, InTooDeep and Keepforgettingmypassword Thank this.

The water might be coming in from the clearance lights as well. Heavy doses of clear bath tub silicone should seal it all up.
Keepforgettingmypassword Thanks this.
