Does anyone know if the questions stay the same when retaking?

Depends on the state and the system. In Virginia, the questions can change. They won't all change, but there's a good chance that you'll see some new questions you didn't see the first time around.

Not that I know of now? Thats how it used to be when I first started driving in the 70s before they came up with the CDL

You revived a post that is 4 years old. The poster was last seen 3.5 years ago. They will never read it. But hey, welcome to the forum

You will get far better info by contacting your local DMV office and asking them. At the least let us know where you live.

Download the app, CDL Genie. I’m also in Georgia. You ace this app, and you will max the test. If you are a veteran in Georgia, you do not pay for driver’s licenses or testing. If not, you do pay a small fee. When you retake the test, it will be different questions because it is random.

You mean the person at the DMV that you talk to whenever you need anything done about any driving privileges? Who would have thought?
